• District Live is a magical place located near Viejo San Juan next to Puerto Rico’s Convention Center. Its an entertainment hub that counts with a movie theatre, a concert hall, a hotel, several bars, restaurants, and even a zipline! The architecture is stunning and something truly unique. When the final game of the Fifa or a UFC night fight comes around, District is the place to be. 🧭

• Coming back to Puerto Rico from college, “Metropol” is the obvious answer when my parents ask me where I want to go eat. After eating dining hall food for 4 months, my body craves un “arrocito con habichuelas bien rico”(A good plate of rice and beans). Metropol will serve all the Puerto Rican main dishes. Even though my go to is the Metropol near the airport, there are a handful of locations around the island.

• After a long day at the beach, a road trip around the island, or coming back from La Placita at 3am, there’s nothing like a good “Churry”. This Puerto Rican sandwich food-truck chain’s reputation proceeds it. I definitely recommend going to “El Churry” at some point of your stay at Puerto Rico. It’s like nothing you’ve ever had. • Pinky’s is 100% my favorite breakfast place in Puerto Rico. There are two locations near Condado, a beach a frequent regularly. The vibe in the breakfast & brunch restaurant is incredibly relax and chill. My go-to order is a Mallorca Breakfast Sandwich with any The Classic smoothie. It’s amazing!
