• Built relatively recently in 2015, the Mall of San Juan is the home to more than 100 stores including Zara, Banana Republic, Urban Outfitters, Victoria’s Secret, Hollister, Vans, among others. Its third level has a series of restaurants that are very good. I’d recommend Vin’us, Metropol, and Tijuana’s. The gelato store that is also located in the third floor is exquisite. There is live music occasionally in the terrace as well as an amazing view of the San Jose lake.

• Did you know the biggest mall in the Caribbean is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico? More than 300 stores are located in Plaza las Americas. I guarentee you’ll walk out with what you were looking for after going to “Plaza”, as it is called by many. My favorite locations in “Plaza” are Caribbean Cinemas, PF Changs, and Ponte Fresco.
